Instructions (refer to video)

Position Stem Caddy so that the lower attachment is closest to your head tube (facing left or right side)

Move cam-lock webbing attachments to the appropriate slot. They can go almost anywhere on the bag. Make sure the lock tab is securely over the slot.

Strap to handlebars.

Strap to stem or steerer tube.

Attach around headtube or fork crown.
